What is the difference between billboard top 100 and top 200?

Please help me with this! I really really wanna know. Miley Cyrus song is #10 on the billboard top 100, while Selena is on #around30 I guess, but Miley Cyrus is nowhere to be seen from #1 to #40, so which one is better?
